Elf by Itself Coordinate Graphing Activity

I am so excited for Christmas to be here and so is the Elf!

Do you have a classroom Elf or do your students want one?

This is the easiest way to have one and the possibilities are ENDLESS.

Have your students draw and color their Elf being mischievous. This is fun for the whole class with an excellent review of decimals and graphing on a coordinate plane.


This Coordinate Graphing Activity is a focuses on Quadrant 1 Whole and Decimal Numbers. It is truly NO PREP and ready to keep your fifth, sixth, seventh, and eighth graders engaged! The focus is on using Rational Numbers to find locations on a Coordinate Plane to draw an Elf. Included is 1 version with 1 Quadrant ONLY. Students review Common Core State Standards and have some holiday fun. Use these activities for bellwork, classwork, extra credit, fast finishers, or homework.
